Practical Experience:

 

1999-2013 O’Connell Mahon Architects, formerly trading as Brian O’Connell Associates Architects.

Dean joined O’Connell Mahon Architects, then trading as Brian O’Connell Associates, in 1999 in a year-out position and continued to work in a part time capacity during completion of his Part II studies, returning to a full time position in 2002 where he remained until 2013. He completed his RIAI professional practice in 2007 and is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects Ireland (MRIAI). Dean was employed in the role of Senior Project Architect and was responsible for a wide range of new build, refurbishment and extension works covering all stages of a projects course from feasibility and design development to tender preparation, monitoring works on site and project handover. He has experience within the fields of Healthcare projects, Office buildings, Residential, Public Assembly & Conservation.

 

2013 Dean set-up his own practice which was established in mid 2013.
